Today, this goalie became the youngest goalie ever who had started a game in Liiga (stats dating back to 1975-76 season). Only other goalie who has played at the younger age is Kari Takko (who played for Noth Stars and Oilers in late 1980s/early 1990s) came in relief during 1978-79 season.
Turning 17 at the end of March, he is therefore draft eligible in 2025. He played four games in World Under-17 Hockey Challenge earlier this season.
I haven't watched him to play so not giving scouting report. Anyway a good time to start the discussion.
