I found a good site to compliment how to hockey so I did a review for them. Basically when you sign up you create a profile (size, weight, playing level), tell them what equipment you have available, and tell them what you want to achieve (faster 3 steps, better top speed, more power in your shot, etc) and you will get a custom workout plan.
