Well the CAD is trading about 75 cents to the dollar. If the CAD was equal to the dollar values would be about the same as the Rangers, may be a bit more.

Does it state where the Rangers rank among all sports franchise's?

I know Yankees are worth around $2.5 and the Cowboys around $2 billion.

EDIT: Looks like the Knicks are worth $2.5 billion and the Lakers $2.6. Average worth of an NBA franchise is $1.1 billion.

Just imagine the value if this team won the cup; same thing for the Leafs and Habs.

You're talking about three franchises that haven't won a championship since 1994, 1967 and 1993 respectively.
