    Bottom of the story...

There's 7 cities with 9 different papers that put hockey on the backburner. ESPN meanwhile has the lockout on the front page of it's website.

If I'm reading that right......4 of those cities had it on the front page of the sports page, which is all ESPN is. You can't expect a paper to run it on the FRONT page of the paper, can you??

ESPN is still only giving token coverage to the lockout. Half their articles and columns are about how nobody will care about the lockout or how no one cares about hockey already.
