COLUMBUS, OHIO --- The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated forwards Brandon Dubinsky and Nick Foligno off Injured Reserve and assigned forward Sean Collins to the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.
