My favorite part of the interview:

I think I moved up our timeline a little bit because we are doing so well. The guys on the ice are gelling so well together. Now we have a situation where we need to get some unrestricted free agents signed up to make sure we keep the core of this team in place. Then we've got to look for, maybe not the draft as much as the 20, 21, 22 year olds and figure out ways to get these up and comers. I'm referring to the great, young guys we have playing with us like Alex Tuch and Shea Theodore. That's the model for what we need to start building on. I picked those two guys out, but we've got Nate Schmidt and a lot of great young guys.

Vegas is going to become a FA destination as well. Warm winters, no state tax, world class dining /entertainment, great ownership, contenders, beautiful facilities, etc.
