He’s probably cooked to be honest. He was a good fourth liner years ago but he’s been on the decline for the past few seasons & very well might be a sub-replacement level player at this rate like his play this current season would suggest.

That's a bit harsh, there are lot of worse 4th liners playing for playoff teams.

Raffl was everything you could have asked for in a 4th line guy. Could hold his own in the cycle, forecheck, good defence through the neutral zone and in his own end. Good enough hands that could finish some of his chances and a solid skater. Plus loved in the locker room and versatile.

You hope that the bottom end prospects turn into a player simular to him. If you have three players of his caliber on your 4th line they become a group you don't really have to worry about.
