Giroux's assist on Gostisbehere's goal was his 246th career PP point.

That means he passed Time Kerr (245) for PP points as a Flyer to go 4th all-time.

Next up is Brian Propp (266).
He's one of the greatest players to ever lace up for the Flyers and people wanted to trade him constantly. I want to watch Giroux retire as a Flyers, however unlikely that may be.

Can't wait to celebrate Weise's 20th point as a Flyer.

He did it last night in his 89th game as a Flyer.

10 years from now a good trivia question will be: who got the primary assist on Travis Sanheim's first career goal?

The goal in the first period was Voraceks 395th point as a Flyer.

That means he moves into clear 20th all-time in points for the franchise, breaking a tie with Dave Poulin.

I hope that Giroux will be retired as a Flyer.

And G will be ended at 2nd place in GP, A and P behind Clarke.

I think he will.

And he now only needs:

208 games for 2nd all-time.
177 goals for 2nd all-time.
53 assists for 2nd all-time.
263 points for 2nd all-time.

He has 4 years left on his contract AFTER this one. Assuming he gets ~10-30-40 from here on out this season that means he needs:

~165 games
~167 goals
~23 assists
~220 points

in 4 seasons. He should get to every one of those apart from goals before his contract is up. And I guess that he may well extend for a few more years and retire at ~37.

Wayne Simmonds played his 487th game as a Flyer tonight.

He therefore passed Eric Lindros and Bernie Parent (both 486) for 36th all-time in franchise history.
