NMC is must protect (unless its expiring). You don't have to protect NTC at all. Its not a trade.

I like Grzelcyk, but if they're protecting him in the expansion draft, that would mean that this team is in a sad state in 2021.

Interesting over Carlo. Obviously its "way too early". And don't sleep on Grzelcyk. If he was a 1st round pick instead of a 3rd we would be talking about locking him up for 6 year deals. He is very good.
