They may have been without 5 guys, but sarnia had their top 4 forwards and top 3 defenceman in the stands and their starting goalie was on the bench for the first two periods

Regardless of the above, Flint has responded to adversity this year and is well poised for next season. FANS, support your team going forward as they did not not give up on this season.

Negative Nancy's on the boards this morning.

Yes Sarnia had main players sitting, that was a decision that the management made. And guess what, Flint took advantage. Good for them. I am proud of our boys. They were dominant for about 45 minutes last night. Cavellin strong in net. Vierling with three assists. Multiple players with multiple goals (Keppen and Holmes). Slight let down at the end of the game but overall, very well played.

Also, liked the boys letting Vella and Hakon get saluted by the crowd by themselves before everyone else joining in.

One more to go today in Sarnia, I will be there in the stands with the family. Cheering on the boys. Very proud of how they are ending the season. Showing a never give up attitude. I am very proud of our boys and have enjoyed watching them grow and develop into men this year. Can't wait until next season.
