I had to google 3 of 4 of those centers. I didn't realize Hertl and Couture are injured(?,I guess)

I feel good about this one. Kane will score a goal or two like always, but I feel we score a bunch tonight. The first D pairing should've been a permanent thing since about game 1 of the season, so hopefully once Gio is back we dump Hamonic down to the 3rd pairing... wishful thinking :help:

You need to adopt the "old man" routine.

Gym: 5:00
Home: 6:30. Nap 1 hour
Start dinner 7:30. Eat 8:00 (even better, order in but I am on le diet)
Game: 8:30.

gym at 5pm is a big no for me. Way too crowded. Here’s what my schedule will be like (9:30pm start for me though)

Potential nap 5:30 (power nap 20 mins
dinner 6pm
Gym 8pm
Game 9:30 pm

I do a modified version of this that I like to call the "young old man" routine.

Gym: 5am
Work then home by 5:30pm
Dinner and everything else
Bed: 9-9:30pm

Young because it leaves my evenings free for shenanigans. Old because in spite of that, I'm toast by 9pm.

I usually do before work gym too nowadays and it’s great. Problem is by 6pm and onwards I’m very sleepy. Flames play this season goes hand in hand with sleepiness.

I do love the energy in the morning post gym while at work though. It’s just hard waking up during winter when it’s -20 and dark out.

That's a top pairing I can get behind.

When healthy, Vali-Brodie on the second pair.

One good thing about Hamonic being injured is that, we get to see what Hanifin and Anderson can do together. And also we get to see what Hanifin can do away from Hamonic
