This is the kind of game a team has before they break out of the slump.

they didn’t play that bad and were actually snapping it around pretty good. Some terrible bounces, a few brain farts and everything went in for Edmonton. Kinda like when we crushed Vancouver even though they were the better team.

Also Bennett was just god awful in his own zone. Can we stop the “he’s a better C than Monahan” narrative. If Sean did that once we would tear him a new one. Bennett has about 6 terrible decisions that led to grade a chances

Ultimately, it's Bennett's choice.

While that is true, he was 'paying the price' for his hit (debates about how clean it was put aside). Kharia got the assignment and Bennett was pretty much obliged to throw em.
