It reflects all trades confirmed by the respective teams by midnight.
There is a seperate sheet for each team so that you can review which players have been included in the calculations.
Unfortunately, 3 teams remain over the salary cap. All three did make trades that reduced the degree to which they were over but not quite enough.
Let me know if anything was missed and the file will be updated accordingly.
