First thing a team needs is good management , Silvan and Proulx are prolly one of the bests you can get in the buisness. The a floor lower , you need a good coach . Thants when Wayne fired The Great One and imediatly hired Jacques Martin to fill in the big gap behind the bench. This is the first of many chances that will occure in the Flyers organisation .

It'll be interesting to see what role Gretzky takes in the NHL when he does eventually return. For now though, this is certainly a solid move.
