Skillwise it’s obvious when he's playing against juniors that he got a good offensive skill set with soft hands and a heavy shot and he has the ability to muscle through to get his shot off. His skating needs a bit of work but is totally viable and he's got a strong stride and is tough to stop. What's a bit worrying is his average hockey IQ, where he can be very inconsistent and doesn't seem to have a very good split vision. What's been interesting with his season is that he has been a point-producing star in the SuperElite and mixed it with a role as a fourth-line grinder in the SHL. He's been able to have success with both roles and has the ability to blend in everywhere on the roster. In a more defensive role with the SHL team, he's been good, but pretty far from great. Defensively he's struggled a bit against faster and smarter players and has shown a lack of defensive awareness, the defender he should have been marking has sneaked down to score a goal. His offensive game is decent at the SHL level, but he hasn't really gotten the chance to prove his worth offensively on a great offensive Växjö roster.
He is well built and is a strong player who can cope well with physical play, but he is a pusher and can often be seen with the stick in one hand to push the opposing player with the other hand, even in battles along the boards.
