Career mode is the only game mode I play and I absolutely love it, so I wish EA would give more of a shit about it, because it could be so much better.

Pro Clubs is good times. Have a blast playing with the boys. Though there’s some weird stuff with the matchups in that.

For any PS Plus members PES 2019 is the free game for July. I have never tried a PES game but they have always seemed to have great single player modes, so I'm excited to finally try those.

The gameplay is a lot better. More responsive, realistic and a lot less random shit happens(scripting type stuff) when you play. I just recently got it and have only played a few kick off games but that’s what I’ve noticed.

Interesting. I have heard the game play is amazing but the animations are not fully up to par. Will definitely be interesting to see!

I was wondering that too. I don't know the answer tbh. My guess is they will still have the players, I cannot imagine them losing Ronaldo it would be terrible on their part.

At this point I would wait for the new one to come out. At this point in the cycle I would buy it if it is on sale but for full price just hold off

This is a yikes for me. As far as I know all the players and their faces will be there, except the kits, the badge and the stadium are gone and are default

Major yikes. I may skip this years game if they don't have any updates to Career mode. I just got a feeling this is trending down.

I'll just stick to FM

The consumer is always the one to lose with this silly battle between PES and Fifa. This is a major blow for Fifa, and I’m questioning Juve’s strategy here.

So the big addition to Career Mode in Fifa is manager customization and that you can have a female manager. I guess they've changed the morale system too, but that is always broken across all their sports titles. Why is it so hard for them to make any decent changes to Career mode. It's always just cosmetic instead of actually improving or changing how the mode is played.
