This is my favorite part of the process. Always enlightening when players and coaches from Luxembourg, Laos, and New Caledonia have the most sensible ballots. Pizarro's choices were too good. Always amuses me to find nuggets like the Myanmar coach's ballet: someone is a Bundesliga homer.
