Yep you can. You're the last one who has to pick a defenseman.

I would say @ConnorMcMullet can go ahead and pick his backup goalie whenever as well.

I would say so. @NeoCanuck just picked, and @ConnorMcMullet will be picking a goalie. So you're the next non-skipped person to pick a forward. Maybe not my call to make, but the logic checks out.

What's your total salary if you factor in every dollar?

    :wings

    Final Form

Filip Forsberg - Leon Draisaitl - Tom Wilson
Adrian Kempe - Christian Dvorak - Denis Gurianov
Drake Caggiula - Adam Henrique - Owen Tippett
Cody Eakin - Frederik Gauthier - Melker Karlsson

    Brian Dumoulin - Colton Parayko
    Noah Hanifin - Justin Braun
    Markus Nutivaara - Henri Jokiharju

    Joonas Korpisalo
    Curtis McElhinney

Summary; I tried to build around Leon. So I got him a right shooting left wing, a power forward and a big point shot. After that I tried to draft size and speed for a forechecking second line and balance the pairings with defensive minded players. I wanted a role for Henrique so I gave him Owen Tippett.

I would have taken Vasilevsky if he had fallen to me the round he went. I also had planned to take Grubauer for ages and then when I had him I got distracted by the calm, cool and collected poise of young Markus Nutivaara. I wonder how big the drop off from Grubauer to Korpisalo is.

Yeah, I just checked it. It came out a little bit less actually.

Whatever. Why do we need a floor anyways?

I mean, I have made at least 4 picks to get to the cap floor that I would not have made if I didn’t need to. It’s not like I’ve completely ignored it and am coming up millions short.

I haven't evaluated the East yet, but I think I know where I'm going with the West.

However, still a few picks to be made in the West, I guess.

Looking at you @Panda Bear @Addison Rae - you know how much I love those backups and 4th liners.

Nah. I round to the nearest thousandth using capfriendly cap hits but I have my own Excel sheet.

If I have to get there it’s fine, I can swap out Rask for a bigger contract. NBD either way.

tbh i chose Cody ceci just so I could reach th floor so I landed over 61M with his 4M hit. I would’ve chosen someone else if I didn’t have to reach the floor.
