You know I'd love to share my 1st line but um I've just got a bunch of centres, but here:

    Kopitar-Gallagher
    Hayes
    D. Strome

    Morrissey-Jones

I'll clean it up soon enough, theres a handful Cs left I'd want so

Just pretend an elite goalie is there and then tell me how good it is then.

Am I the only one that thinks Ovi/Laine on the same line wouldn't work, especially with Monahan as the C? Think you need an absolutely elite 1C puck distributor between them

I'm not as big on McAvoy as others are. I think he's a #2/3 right now without the numbers. He plays in a market which helps boost his 'name value.' Orlov was pretty clearly the best D available when you took him. I actually think McAvoy and Orlov are right there with each other and they went 3 rounds apart. I thought Rakell was maybe a bit early though. I would probably put one of those wingers with Dubois. I'll be curious to see how the depth looks on teams who have taken a goalie. For me the D needs work and wingers might be hard to find after Round 9.

At the end of the day, who really gives a shit what others think of your team? I don't see the point of updating this thread after every pick. I'm picking players that I'm a fan of more than anything and looking at who would play well with who.

That is a bit of an odd line to me as well. Monahan was the BPA center where he took him though, didn't have much choice.

    yeah tis a shame.

I will probably just pick a goalie who lacks name value but is good at stopping pucks and hope it is enough idk.
