I am in a keeper league that only allows me to keep 7 players where I can only keep 1 goalie.
The format is 2 of every forward position, 4 D, 2G and 4 on the bench
Who should I keep? Here is my team:

C - Ryan Johanson
C- Sean Monahan
C - Sean Couturier
C/W - Sam Reinhart
C/W - Nick Bjugstad
LW - Alex Ovechkin
LW - Matt Tkachuk
LW/RW - James Neal
LW/RW - Josh Bailey
RW - Patrick Laine

D - Drew Doughty
D - Shayne Gostisbehere
D - Torey Krug
D - Mark Giordano

G - Pekka Rinne
G - Roberto Luongo

My initial thought is to keep: Monahan, Ovi, Tkachuk, Laine, Doughty, Ghost and Rinne...

I'm trying like hell to package Couturier + Bailey for a top centre but am not getting any takers....

Id keep johansen, monahan, laine, ovy, doughty, ghost, krug
Do you really think Johansen is going to have a bounce back year?
He really struggled last year.. Centres are very high point producers in fantasy so he would have to get back to 65pt+ to make it worth it.
He was my third best centre last year behind Mona + Couts

Id also take Couturier over Tkachuk. I'd take all the other players you have selected.

In my yahoo league it’s easy to trade for playmakers like Johnson. So I don’t keep those guys if it is going to cost me a pick that I think I can get a better player for. Usually I keep a guy or two because I think they offer a lot of value for the pick it costs to keep them. Someone like Gourde is a good example.
