It`s getting pretty frickin` ridicilous  REALLY PEOPLE 2019 draft are you insane? come back in 5 years then we will be able to even start talking about pytylik, jesus :help:

hopefully next week we will have the stud in the 20 draft.

It's great to get info when they get closer to actually playing on some kind of elite common ground but 10?

Man so much could happen or not happen.

Considering Pytlík translate as Baggins, if he's relative of Bilbo and Frodo, size may be problem for him at draft :p:

In reality it translates to something a bit more funny. But I will leave it at that. Hope the kids got a sense of humor. :)

Also of course he is way too young but it will be fun to follow and see if he succeeds or not. He could theoretically get a few games in the bantam league by late next season, though likely not until the following season. Anyways if anyone is wondering how he is doing in 7 games he has 18 goals and 5 assists with the u14's (2000's), for all its worth (which isn't much) but still impressive for a kid that just turned 12 a month ago.

now do you think he does this cause he wants to? or cause some ones making him (parents)... his skill set might be there but his mindset may not be... and thats why i hate these kinda threads

If you think about the same translation as I do, than I omitted it on purpose. Baggins, while not best translation is still fun and more friendly to Pytlik :p:

I have seen Pytlik play when the HTA team was in Vancouver,BC for a Top Tier West spring Tournament in May of 2013. I think the team is returning to play in the same tournament in May 30, 2014. You can see him live if you are in town. I also saw those promo videos before I saw him live and thought, wow he looks great. But, when I saw him live IMHO he was just an average player, average size, average speed, etc, etc... He had 2 asst. in 5 games. Here is a link to stats, http://www.durhamhockeyinstitute.co...92&tab=team_instance_player_stats&tool=686390 To his defence his team was average and he was playing against some of the top kids from Canada and the US.

Damn, this 2019 draft looks really good already.

Can't wait for Tambo to select him 1st overall in 2019 :sarcasm:

So it will goes like that?
2015 #1 Connor Mcdavid
2016 #1 Sean Day
2017 #1 Adam Tilander
2018 #1 Mathias Emilio Pettersen
2019 #1 Jaromír Pytlík

It`s fine when you talk about oh i idk 2015,2016 prospects (and even that is a strech) but talking about 2019 draft is just stupid, hes 11 for ffs

2019 draft. LOL. The kid is 10 years old.

This is the first time I've ever said it on here, but 2019 is too far.

2016 certainly isn't, they are Minor Midgets next year and not too far off, but 2019 is a long, long, long ways away.

I had to re-read the thread title twice. 2019?

Why is he playing games in Czech3 and not in the U20, Czech2, Czech Extraliga level? Seems strange to me.

His club doesn't have the U20 team playing at the highest level. So it's either U18 or Czech3 for him.

Doesn't seem like the best thing for development while Adam Raska is facing much better competition. I'm sure despite the obvious physical differences due to age, Czech U20 players has more talented , skilled players than Czech 3. Is he planning a move for next year?

So HC Vitkovice got him and he is already training with men. Good choice though I'm not exactly objective since I'm a fan :naughty: They have a good youth academy and are not afraid to give young players a chance (Jakub Petr is the head coach and GM).

And please someone fix that title.

So he went from playing mostly u18 and Czech3 to Extraliga, seems like a crazy big jump. What's the link between HC Zdar nad Sazavou and HC Vitkovice, are they affiliated? Also noticed he's listed at 6'2 192 now so he may end up pretty big especially considering his late birthdate.
