The commissioner of the NHL, joins Andrew Walker and Scott Rintoul in studio at Sportsnet 650 to talk about Vancouver hosting the 2019 draft and how the league selects its host cities. "It's very competitive." The success in Las Vegas has been "an extraordinary event," and he talks about expansion philosophies, from marketplace to ownership to strengthening the league as a whole. He values the parity of this season. Not going to Pyeongchang 2018 was the right decision. He will not discuss concussions publicly.
