I've tried in vain to find out when some of the injured Jets players are going to return. How long is Scheifele expected to miss. What are the anticipated return dated for Trouba and Enstrom? Is Lowry out for the season? What about Kulikov and Mason?

If anyone has information on this subject, it would be greatly appreciated.

Scheif is day to day, skated this morning.
Trouba won't be back on the road trip, probably next home game. He's practicing full contact.
Not sure about Enstrom. Lowry is skating but still has a bit to go.
    Not sure about the rest.

I'm somewhat concerned about Wheeler. He does not look 100%

I thought Lowry was in a normal jersey at practice a week ago but recently he’s been “back” in non contact? Maybe I was just wrong ...

Either way, I believe he’s hugely important to us but we’ve done alright without him. Well enough that I don’t want him back until he’s truly 100%. We will need need NEED him in the playoffs.

    Hey jets4life

Good idea on creating this thread

What I heard based on reading other threads and radio today

    Scheifele- day to day
    Trouba- first home game (Chicago?)
Lowry - about a week after Trouba
Perrault- flu , played his best in awhile in the 3 rd today

Is little been playing hurt seeing we’re short on centres?

I wonder if they might rush Trouba back in Nashville with all our injuries. He's practicing full contact so I figure him not playing at this point is either precautionary or just to get him into game shape.

I thought Little has the flu.

But I wouldn’t be surprised in the least to learn he’s been playing hurt for a while.

Myers and Perreault are the ones I've seen confirmed to have the flu.

Trouba has been healthy for a while now. They've been keeping him out so he can have a storybook return on his March 20th bobblehead night...

So many big dogs out of our line up right now.

Scheifele , Trouba and Lowry are needed badly.

I can’t imagine we lose in that game yesterday if all three had been playing.

    What's your excuse?
We have the offensive depth to absorb scheif's loss, but Lowry, and especially Trouba are sorely missed on defense and PK

High ankle sprains take a long time to heal. He likely won’t be really healthy until next season. Fortunately, JT at 80% is still a terrific add for us.

I feel very bad for Mason. The guy is a good goalie but man he cannot catch a break this year

I wonder if they rushed Lowry back, and then told him to rest up big time until he's 100%.

I think he's going to be a spark plugs for us in the playoffs.

Last time we made the playoffs, Lowry and Trouba were really good.

The playoff grind is the type of atmosphere that Lowry was made for! Haha.

Anyway, I hope he's gonna be 100% for the playoffs.

Give them both 5-6 games at the end of the season to get their legs, and they should be good to go for the playoffs. Scheifele, too.

I kind of think that the Jets have hit a bit of a lull because the pressure to make the playoffs lessened, they had a bunch of injuries, and had a flu go through the team.

I think they have the horses to really crank it up for the playoffs.

Plus the loss to Nashville kinda sealed the division lead for them so barring something unforeseen, we’re finishing in 2nd. Think everyone knows we need to be healthy to make a serious run.

So if we beat NSH in both remaining games, we still don't stand a chance?

    Nashville have 14 games left.

Basiy every 10 games they lose 2 and tie 1.
    If they keep.that trend.

    Jets have 14 games.
Even if our Jets run the table. We dont catch them.

Only hope is all the luck they are having runs out.

If Nashville goes 8-6 lets say.

Jets need 23 points in 14 games.
    11-2-1

Really looks like a very high mountain to climb now.

Lowry back just after Trouba and Trouba expected back for Chicago or Dallas.
Scheifele feeling better and in non-contact jersey.
Mason scoped and out at least 2-3 weeks and Kuli is sent back to Winnipeg to be looked at today and tomorrow.
