Hopefully the Germans will be able to make a game out of it. My guess is that the Russians will win easily.

Dont know about easily.... now its hard to win anything easy. But if russians have solid goalie to rely on and just kick offensivly then they can blow them out.

Well, at least Seidenerg will get some good experience after missing a lot of last year with a broken leg.

The game ended in a 3-3 tie.

Russia was dominant early on, but Germany came back before Russia took over again in overtime.

No, shots were 39-32 in favour of Russia (18:6/16:10/5:16) ;)

It's a bit weird. There is no shot count for overtime and if you add all shots by yourself, it's 38-36 in favour of Russia.

Does anyone have a box score from this game that lists all of the players who were in the lineup for the Russian team?
