This has been putrid since the Isles scored, unbearable to watch
C'mon now, to be fair, it hasn't actually killed me.
This game is more powerful than Xanax
This is Islanders hockey, yuck.
This top line cannot do anything right
Lundqvist has looked pretty good to this point. That said, like Shesterkin, he really hasn't faced any great chances. The Islanders have sucked the life out of this game.
Conflicted about who to start. If Henrik is genuinely on, and looked great in camp as they have said, and you look at his playoff resume and career against Carolina, I feel it makes sense to put him in. I'm sure he is rested, trained and ready to go.
Whoever does start, and I suspect it will be Shesterkin, I feel will have a short leash.
islanders lining up at their own blue line
You're watching the FOXwoods final five
Nah he's going to the Leafs. Book it.
Trotz won a cup pushing the Capitals to play defensive hockey. Its a winning formula. He is one of the better coaches in the NHL.
If that makes it less likely that Lundqvist plays against Carolina that was a good goal.
Not great from Hank there
Time to overanalyze a goal Hank just gave up. Nature is finally healing.
Where was the other dman lol?
Panarin just hooked Lindgren trying to get back on that play.... yikes
Nothing worse than boring hockey against a rival. We already had to deal with this back in the day against the Devils. And I thought I’d never take another hockey game for granted again.
Panarin didnt bother coming back on the goal
Panarin just tried to waterski his own teammate. lmao
The % chance was already 0
Rangers have been the rustier team. That's for sure. Those are basically the only 2 scoring chances they have generated, while giving up a bunch of odd man rushes. Ugly game all around.
I survived a pandemic for this?
We did it!
