It's crazy how much Dougie has improved defensively since going to the Canes. My guess is that being around the likes of Pesce and Slavin has really helped Dougie. He's crushing it for sure.
Bruins don’t have an answer for the physicality of Wilson or Ovie. Not a major slam as most teams don’t either.
Well with those guys on the roster the Bruins would finally be intimidating again. I say bring them back.So Brett Ritchie and David Backes are both on waivers. Any interest in bringing those guys back? Could provide some much needed size and grit to the roster, no?
Maybe we could just make a scarecrow version of Backes for the bench so we get all the intimidation while saving a million in cap space. Win-win.
