Jokes aside, IF his 2018 pace holds for the rest of the year, then he is on pace for the the third highest point total and second highest PPG of his career. That's a hell of a rabbit to be pulling out of the hat at 30. The BIG irony is that this resurgence hasn't happened with Kessel . . . it's been with Hagelin on his LW and Hornqvist or Rust on his RW.

I love seeing goalies pay for waiting til the last second to move the puck, knowing they cannot be hit.

It took an odd bounce and ended up in the goalies skates for a second. Nothing to do with knowing he can't be hit, just inexperience.

Malkin is insane though. Batting it down from middair then the way he handles it on his stick. Too good
