Ever heard of a Capitals scout named Dicklund?

This guy has been tweeting stuff since at least last fall and he is sometimes referred to as a former Captials scout. The name sounds like a really obvious spoof on Ecklund. Anyone?

Eliteprospects doesn't even have him in their database

Seems like every Google result is links to HFBoards, Reddit or some NHL team blog

He's never been mentioned in any Caps media guides and nothing comes up for Carolina either. Fake news.
