Good article, agree on most points.

Gaustad would be great for the Habs on the face-off circle, however, his salary of $3.5M for the next three years is way too much. Nashville would probably want Eller in exchange anyway, don't think it's gonna happen.

would o loved gaustad but at his cap hit no way.
thats a horrible contract.

If Nokelainen ever comes back we won't need to move to improve our face-off %. If he doesn't come back to shape by the trade deadline I'd move though, but not on a player with Gaustad's contract.

Thanks everyone and I agree with all your points. I was more trying to imply that a player in the Paul Gaustad mold would be a great fit, but don't think the Habs will go for him either.
