We might have to waive Neal and Chiasson to gain some cap space until Klefa goes on IR. Don't see anyone claiming either and should just be paper transactions.

I would have preferred a Phillipe Myers type 3 year deal but this is much better than a cheaper 1 year deal. It gives Holland even more flexibility going into next offseason which I think will be a big one to attempt to vault this team to Cup contender status.

We are just 3 mill over with 15 forwards, 7 d and 2 goalies on the active roster. Waive like Chiasson and Khaira and we are fine.
