This does not surprise me. Yes, he has to ride a bus and make some other sacrifices, but he's playing the game he loves and getting paid millions to do it. Plus I bet he is really looked up to in the locker-room. I'm glad he's making the most of it.

Could be A LOT WORST. He's fine. I'd be the same way honestly. Be a leader, act like a professional and he'll get his money. Possibly a Calder cup.

I think the only concern here is that he's taking away ice time from prospects.

I loved when guys much smaller would outwork him in the corners.

Hmmm, can't recall him hitting guys either.

Did have a couple fights where he looked good.

Was great at screening his own goalie, and deflecting pucks into his own net.
