Flu doesn't add up since he was at the wine tasting event, what 2-3 nights ago? I guess he could have gotten injured in the Boston game and then got the flu at or around the time of the wine event?

However, Pavelski and Burns didn't practice today (along with Kane) but both were at the team photo. If it is the flu it's odd how the Sharks are handling it. They've been very forthcoming in that Burns and Pavelski have been dealing with the flu, why not just group EK9 in with them if it is in fact the flu? Instead, all they've done is say it's not a concussion.

A cracked rib shouldn't prevent someone from taking a picture.
