If the Habs pick at 7 and don't take Holtz, I'm gonna a bit mad

Can't say I agree at the positions for the like of Sourdif, Mukhmadullin, Kuznetsov and Schneider. I'm interested to hear your takes on them.

Also Amirov is a forward, not a dman

not against the Oilers taking yet another d-man in the 1st round and somehow getting Poirier, but some scouts have been singing the praises of RD Braden Schneider, big and mobile and apparently very well schooled defensively so it wouldn't surprise me if the Oilers took him !

Ha! That's fun! I couldn't imagine the Senators top line of ...Laf-Byfield-Tkachuk in the future.....would probably be the best line in hockey in 2-3 years for a real long time.

As a Habs fan in the 7th position, I am not against Perfetti, but would probably take Holtz. He is a sniper

If the Sabres draft another defenseman, any fans that have hope left will lose it.

I really like Perfetti but I have to agree If Holtz is there he’s gotta be the pick

I'd flip Raymond and Holtz personally, but other than that nitpicky point I see it pretty much the same.

All the Sabres have are young defensemen. All they have in the pipeline are more defensemen. They can’t play all the young defensemen they have now. There is no room for all the defensemen they’ve been drafting.

The Sabres are not taking a defensmen. No GM would remain employed long enough to get to the podium with the intention of drafting a defensemen.

If the Sabres draft a defensemen the building will be burned to the ground.

The pick would be better received if they made up another fake player as long as he was a fake forward than it would drafting another defenseman.

They’re playing a game right now in an arena that would be almost empty if it wasn’t for visiting fans in large part because of the utter neglect of the forward roster. It’s the worst in the entire league. And the prospect pool...is mostly more defensemen.

    They aren’t drafting defense.
