Just wondering if anyone knows any good drills/techniques I can use to master my edge control and stride power. I think I have decent form, playing juniors next year so I want to get faster. I have a pretty good extension, but I get alot more power striding off my left leg than my right leg. Basically I'm able to put alot more weight into my left leg stride, have better edge control on it too. I feel like I'm not putting any downwards weight into the ice with my right leg even when I try to do that. Any tips?
