Raffl in for Grant if he's healthy. If not, I think it's time to give Frosty a go, Grant still out. Put Frost in between JVR and Pitlick/Laughton and then move Pitlick/Laughton to 4LW.

Ghost in for either Hagg or Braun, I don't care anymore.

I expect none of this to happen. Maybe Ghost goes in for Hagg, but I'm not holding my breath (even if Hagg took 2 dumb penalties in the 3rd).

Raffl in for Thompson/Grant. Dont care. They are both slow, and trash cans. The team was better off pre trade-deadline.

Ghost in for Hagg. 1oo%. Without a doubt.

Not sure if will happen.........hope so

50/50 that Ghost returns

Raffl probably in if healthy, but with our coach, he’ll pretty sit Farabee

AV is so overrated. He was blessed with Luongo in VAN, Lundqvist in NY and now Hart. He leans too heavily on dinosaur vets and has no clue how to play with a lead.

Could they win a Cup with him? Yeah maybe, Hart is that good and if they add some more talent in front of him, they could do it. But it won’t be because of French Hak.

Im going on holidays on Thursday (to Sunday). And I can't watch NHL there (no internet). So, maybe it would be OK if we lost this series on Tuesday, haha.

But I still hope we will win tonight ofc!

If Farabee, whose hockey IQ > Frost, has our lowest xGF% in 9 playoff games, why would anyone expect Frost to be even as good as Thompson against the Isles, whose style of play is probably the worst situation for Frost to make his playoff debut. See a lot of penalties called? See Sanheim treated like a Pinata?

The triumph of hope over experience.

I'd feel more confident in Bunnaman than Frost at 4C, and I don't think he's ready for playoff prime time.

All options are bad, the best is Raffl returning and only one of Grant/Thompson playing.

I actually think they win this one. Ghost in for Hagg will happen no doubt. We have a third line that can actually be a huge positive. We are a G and TK goal away from having our top 6 confidence back but they need to start playing a lot better in terms of forecheck and hounding pucks and making turnovers.

The isles have made us look bad and we have been bad. I don’t see us winning 2 in a row it will take to win the series but if they can get it to game 7 you have a shot.

In general, I agree. Need more youth and skill. But their efforts and 60 min game plan doesn’t matter if they have McDavid. The team needs to be a lot better. Crisper, focused, pissed, and determined.

The isles have clutterf*** and Martin on their team. Komarov. I mean it’s not a very talented team. They just play a great great game.

They have two lines that can score and an above average goalie. And a solid if not highly talented defense.
Pageau has given them the edge they lacked last playoffs, a huge upgrade from Fippula, and Beauvillier has taken the step up we hoped TK would take.

It's a team built around the coach's scheme.
The bottom six are all good forecheckers who play a heavy physical game, the top six are a mix of size, speed and skill.

And they've bought into to Trotz's system, Barzal went from 85 points before Trotz to 62 and 60 with him, hurting his bargaining power on his next contract, yet I haven't heard a peep of resentment in the media.
