Something to note- 2013, one thing we forget about that game 7 is that both teams had no real time to prepare. Games 6-7 were on a Sunday-Monday schedule and going back to game 5, it was their 3rd game in 4 nights. Both teams were a little low on their fuel tanks having to fly straight from Toronto to Boston with no real time to practice/prepare.

Only other time I recall teams playing games 5-6-7 in a short span of days was Avs/Wild 2003.

Contrast that with here where both teams get the traditional day off between games 6-7.

Interestingly, the Bruins after Bergeron's heroics had a 2-day break between the start of the Ranger series and games 1-2 of the Ranger series:

May 13- The comeback

2 days off

May 16- Rangers game 1

2 days off

May 19- Rangers game 2


Whereas this time, it'll be a game on Wednesday, then Tampa probably on Friday

Bozak didn't play in 2013s game 7. He was injured. Komarov will not play tonight.

I think it was gunnarsson and phaneuf on for the final 5 minutes as Carlyle trusted no one and essentially those two were burnt out and making mistakes.

I'm going into this being happy with the results so far. I think the kids got some experience and if we don't move forward, its not a big deal. There are some obvious holes that need filling for us to be a cup contender and this was a good learning experience.
