At every commercial time-out, the Garden Lights need to flash brightly and frequently along with loud, blaring music. Turn Up The Bass!
At every whistle when Crosby is on the ice the nearest Ranger to him needs to bump shoulders with him.
When Crosby is on the ice the Ranger players must finish their checks on him. Get his teammates incensed. Have them retaliate. Have them take the roughing penalty.
Special teams is how we win the game and the series.

Shitsburgh has an excellent game plan and we're going to have to counter that. I don't think it'll be easy but we have the talent, the heart and the atmosphere to rise to the challenge. What a f***ing time for all the Rangers young players. Guys like Kakko, Laf, Chytil, Miller, Schneider, Igor and even wily Fox and "he was born a grizzled vet" Lindgren will be very different players after this PO experience.

If you read any of the books about the 80s Oilers, particularly Messier's latest he talks about what a f***ing shock it is to play in the POs and what a difference it was between the Oil and the Isles team that beat them and how much the young Edmonton players learned about what needed to change to win.
