Need this one. Really wanna get in the driver’s seat here. Hopefully we make some adjustments to stop conceding so much ice to them and giving them so much time and space. Get in their face and pressure them. The blueprint is there from the last few games vs them in the regular season.

One point on the series so far, Kris Letang might be the most prolific slasher in the entire league. How does he not have 5 slashing penalties already? Ever single shift he’s landing multiple full blown hacks on players’ hands and midsections. It’s insane to me that the refs haven’t called him yet. Go watch Panarins goal from Thursday. He hacks him baseball swing style twice, once directly on the hands right in front of the ref as Panarin has the puck. How is that not a penalty?

Oh and people were looking for the Reaves hit on Malkin, I saw this clip of it on Instagram which shows it pretty well.

This will be a new test for the young kids. Having to play a playoff game on the road is a whole new experience. Expect a huge adrenaline rush from the Pens like what we had game 1. If we have a good first period, I feel good about the rest of the game.

Sadly, I’ll be missing the 1st period and will have to listen to the 2nd period in the car. Hopefully they don’t totally shit the bed tomorrow. I’d love to see an improvement on game 2 which was an improvement on game 1. We can do it.

Thats pretty much up to Shesty. Has to be ready for onslaught. Like u said, weather the storm and we should be gold "if" the refs call even a minor advantage to Pitt. (Should we expect calls in OUR favor? I don't thinks so, haha.)
If we dont get the calls at MSG, what would make one think we would in Pitt.? Not happening.

Playing away, I would think the mentality would be more towards bombarding Domingue. We get 33+ shots, we win going away.
Like Braun playing with Foxy. Losing Goodrow hurts a bit, but Hunt deserves to play and seems Reavo will get the games, but has to be limited playing time. Hopefully that 4th line doesnt get reamed, they have a distinct advantage, now they are at home, matching lines. You can bet that Crosby will be put on when our 4th is on.

Not really the better team. Nyr have only 51 percent chance to win series. The team are close...slight edge nyr....but pitts has home ice. It's a toss up series..slight edge nyr..very slight.

Game 1 the Rangers didn't have an answer for it, game 2 they did after Igor made some huge saves.
