I want to switch up the top 3 lines for the third. If the 1st line isn't dominating, you need to consider breaking them up. You're just making it easy on Toronto.

Go with something like this:

Marchand-Bergeron-Heinen
DeBrusk-Krejci-Pastrnak
Johansson-Coyle-Kuhlman

No. Pastrnak on the third. He is totally off tonite. He needs space and lesser competition tonite.

Leafs have Bs number right now. Skating, man on man coverage, forechecking, active sticks, etc. Recipe to beat the Bs. But it takes a lot of energy. Hopefully it doesn't last. Bs need to shift gears if they are going to win. More instinct, less hesitation. More physical.

Goalies stop about 75% of breakaway, lately Rask has been scored on about 75% of them, that's just not good enough.

The Leafs are really taking advantage of our aggressive defense and making good plays for turnovers & breakouts. Taking a lesson from the last two games we played against Tampa. We need to tighten up, get a bounce or two and keep working hard; I think we'll wear them down.
