In a save game? Just use the editor, you can see CA and PA along with every other attribute including hidden ones like consistency.

Note: High PA doesn’t mean a player is automatically going to max their CA out to that level, you of course have to develop the player properly.
Ah - OK. Thank you. I figured it was the editor - I just have not used it yet.

Thanks

Using @BKarchitect NHL 32 rosters I have started 4-6-4 with Seattle. What the hell. This is my roster.

Ladd (cap dump trade) - Spezza (cap dump trade) - Pominville (waivers)
Cammalleri (UFA) - McLaughlin (UFA) - Jurco (UFA)
Purcell (UFA) - Pouliot (UFA) - Sheehy (UFA)
Upshall (UFA) - Richardson (waiver) - Etem (UFA)
Kulak (waiver) - Smith (waiver)
Hickey (cap dump trade) - Sproul (UFA)
Rauhauser (UFA) - Sbisa (waiver)
Anderson (waiver)
Lehtonen (UFA)
Mason (UFA)
Extra: Redmond (UFA), Bellemare (waiver)

I don't want to gain too many points before the deadline when I'm gonna try to sell off most of this team for picks haha.

Etem has 9 goals in 14 games from 4th line with 2nd unit PP time, Brendan Smith is leading the team with 11pts from the blueline, Ladd has 9pts in 8 games, Pominville has 10pts in 8 games, Lehtonen has a .924svp, Mason a .912svp, Anderson a .898svp.

EDIT: All's right in the world. I've lost 6 straight in regulation since posting this.

I won the first 3 draft lotteries with Seattle. Got myself Hughes, Lafreniere and Wallstedt. I think I'm set up nicely

Seattle has been pretty dang unlucky in my save, falling to 3rd overall while being dead last both times (the second one I went through the lottery a few times to help them out and not be the 5th pick). So instead of a combination of Hughes/Kakko and Lafreniere/Byfield they have Byram/Lundell (who admittedly is about as good and better all-around than Byfield)

Almost has me worried for when I start a save with them haha.

General Updates:
- This DB has been seeded with a modified output from the EHM prospect generator by ImActuallyAnOtter on TBL. I removed players from countries that are unlikely to ever produce NHL talent and the players will be draft eligible starting in 2021. You should have 50+ years of solid NHL entry drafts in the DB now. I will be randomizing this seeding with each new release to keep the game interesting and fresh with each new play-through!

NHL/AHL/ECHL Updates:
- Latest notable signings and contract extensions
-- For College UFAs signing with NHL or AHL clubs I added the player rights for the NHL club and put in future transfers. I will not be doing this for any players signing AHL try-outs for the end of the 2018-19 season, only for contracts starting in 2019-20. **Quinn Hughes is an exception as he can be sent to Sarnia**

- Ottawa Senators (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Belleville Senators (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Brampton Beast (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)

- Philadelphia Flyers (attendance, player records, players & staff)
-- Lehigh Valley Phantoms (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Reading Royals (attendance, rivals, retired numbers, club & player records, players & staff)

- Pittsburgh Penguins (attendance, arena, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Wilkes-Barre Penguins (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Wheeling Nailers (attendance, rivals, club & player records, players & staff)

- Toronto Maple Leafs (attendance, arena, colors, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Toronto Marlies (attendance, arena, colors, club & player records, players & staff)

-- Utica Comets (attendance, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Kalamazoo Wings (attendance, club history, retired numbers, rivals, club history, club & player records, players & staff)

- Vegas Golden Knights (attendance, players & staff)

-- Manitoba Moose (attendance, club history, rivals, club & player records, players & staff)
-- Jacksonville IceMen (arena, attendance, club history, club & player records, retired number, players & staff)

US/Canadian Colleges:

- Changed club status back from Junior to Amateur for all non NCAA schools, this more accurately reflects the player base for these schools (21+).
- Removed several duplicate players -- thanks bfq_8!

Austrian Updates:
- Removed age restrictions on Alps Hockey League, should no longer have teams dropping players!
- Updated all players/staff and club affiliations -- thanks Matee!

Bosnia-Herzegovina Updates:

Is it possible that you make Slovenian league playable ? I know it is in other TBL db.

Sure, if the league structure in TBL is accurate I can take a look. Can't guarantee I can keep the league updated and authentic, you may have to use the 'Add Players to Playable Teams' and 'Add Key Staff' options to make it usable.

After inspecting the league it appears the TBL structure is an older 10 team league. I can make it work but would have to pull some teams in from the Slovenian International Hockey League, so it wouldn't be accurate. I think a better approach might be waiting until the summer when I can spend some time creating new league structures and can include both of these Slovenian leagues in a more realistic format.

Do two players, say Jack Hughes and Quinn Hughes, know they are siblings in this?

There is no official bloodlines linkage in the game but in my DB they are listed as 'Favorite Staff/Players" for each other and in their bio it will say they are close friends.

Same here all though I hazard to guess it doesn't make much difference in gameplay. That's one area where EHM shows its age compared to Footy Manager or FHM/OOTP - I think interactions and relationships with and between players, media, etc is very rudimentary. It feels that way anyways.

I believe it effects morale, at least favorite team definitely does, and it helps with contract negotiations.

This is actually something I need to figure out, how do you do the expansion draft with Seattle? It's annoying to just poach free agency or the KHL, NCAA or juniors (pro tip: you can sign players immediately from the KHL if they have multiple years left on their deals) and go 19-51-12 every first season. It's almost the same exact pattern every time I play as Seattle for the first 2 years. I think this was my team entering my last save as Seattle, bolded are the guys I've had in multiple of my other Seattle sims:

Girgorenko-Kadri-O'Neill
Nieto-Berglund-Watson
Gibbons
-Glendening-Karlsson
Jurco
-Vermette-Stempniak
Richardson
-Tkachyov

Voynov-Stecher
Nesterov-Dietz
Belov
-Gavrikov
Zub

Kovar (I edited Kovar specifically so I can sign him immediately with that pro tip)-Lehtonen

You just poach the KHL to add your top-6 players in the NHL, the OHL and NCAA to fill your AHL team and fill the rest of your roster with free agents. It's the same thing every time for me as you build up an actual team through free agency and star players demanding trades. The unique thing I did in my last save was I traded my 1st rounder and Kadri to Pittsburgh for Malkin and Letang, which is something I had never done before (trading my 1st rounder in the Hughes/Kakko draft).

Here's the last expansion draft file I did for Seattle - it was for NHL32X v1.0 back in early February. It should still work just fine with newer versions of the NHL32X database though.

Dropbox - IMPORT FILE - Seattle Expansion Draft.xlsx

Here's the roster it creates:
2743d15cea46175c85ebaee2f87f48e2.png

You can edit the file to get whatever result you want though...you can try using the CapFriendly Seattle expansion draft tool to create a team, for instance. Just replace the names and date of births (that is how the editor recognizes players) with different ones. Or just run your own fantasy expansion draft...it's a little work but is a lot of fun.
Seattle Expansion Draft Simulator - CapFriendly - NHL Salary Caps

You need Archi's editor to import the file.

You can find instructions for installing the database, the graphics and using the expansion draft file here:
Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2018-19 Season) - EHM The Blue Line

Is there a way to play as the totems and have to rely on free agency ? And is the database on steam ?

Download the latest database from BK in this thread and put it in your database folder (right click the name in steam, go Properties, Local files, Browse local files and you should find it). You should get an empty Seattle team to build.

Any difference between the TBL and Pivot Rosters

TBL is start of season (18-19) everything frozen at that point in time. Pivot is updated with current transactions and signings.

They are different databases so there are probably plenty of small differences but in terms of concept, that's the big thing. xECK and the TBL guys would have more deets. I feel it creates two different experiences so you could give both a go!

Anyone else have trouble with getting the logos to work in game ?

I got the small ones to load but the background will not work and neither will the Large Logo.

I’m trying to play as the totems but the version I downloaded has the Sea Lions so I changed the name..
