The Leafs goaltending will be the difference in this series. Boston is going to light up Samsonov/Woll. I see a few shut outs along the way for the Bruins as well.

My position has been consistent the entire time. Read -> Comprehend -> Post.
Yes consistently lacking in logic, it's there for everyone to see.

Florida 'sandbagged' for a month and a half to play the Leafs, then switched approaches last night.
Makes perfect sense. :help:

Anyway, you look silly enough. I'll give you the last word to maybe save some face.

I think the Bruins center depth comes back to bite them here.

No Bergeron to shut down Matthew's.

That said....Torontos goalie situation doesn't inspire confidence.

This aint the bruins of old. Bruins bottom 6 is pretty ass and their defense outside of Mcavoy is mid. Lindholm is having a garbage year. Bruins goaltending is far better and could most likely be the difference maker

This is gonna be a close series as usual.
Agreed.

Bruins need the goalies to be on point more than years past.

What's the odds on the Coach losing this series being fired?

I’m not particularly enamoured with either of these teams, but I think this series will go the distance. Leafs have a lot more pressure on them (IMO), and I think they’ll take it in a coin flip seventh game.

I think they'll be very happy to have Coyle-Marchand on the Matthews line. And Charlie-Hampus.

The league mandate since Bettman became commissioner 30 years ago has been about growing the game in the States. When playing league favourites (Boston, Tampa, Florida) We’re already at a disadvantage and we know this from past experience.

Leafs win first 2, just to get the fans hope up…. Then crush them per usual

Leafs have the edge in firepower but the goaltending (on paper) is a mismatch for the Bruins. Unless Samsonov is suddenly possessed, I don't see how the Leafs win this series.

Have to say I agree goaltending could be the swing factor in this series, along with special teams. Toronto will look to play chippier hockey, but their PK may not be able to keep pace.

Leafs players are just excited to get to the off season so they can ask for way too much money. Because they are all "team guys''

Meh, people would have said the same last year vs. Vasi (and the year before when it was Campbell). It's not like Ullmark and Swayman were good last year. Doesn't always shake out the way one would think.

The obsession is real.

Boston going to throw Lindholm/McAvoy as a super pair against Matthews every shift they can and make Tavares/Nylander beat them.

How well that works is going to be the series.
Tavares cant beat anyone

He will be a supporting role player.

If leafs win its due to big series from the big 3 guys
