Bs in 6.

Matthews and Marner continue their career playoff ghosting performances and once again wilt when the pressure is ramped up.

I could see either win it, but in the end it won’t matter much. It will likely be the only series they win this year.

All comes down to whether the Leafs consistently eff with Pasternak.
And a badly timed line change or two from the rat couldn't hurt.

I think Toronto in 7. Could go either way though. Either way I'm guessing 7 games

Obviously a terrible match up for the Leafs though I think Florida would have been worse so I guess that is a positive....Bruins in 6.

What makes this a terrible match up? I think it’s a fantastic matchup and leafs will win in 5

The Leafs have poor goaltending and aren't very physical. Unless the Bruins choke hard on applesauce, this is a pretty good matchup for them, and I like their chances going into round 2 against the mangled corpse of whichever team survives the BoF.

I feel like this is the year the Leafs have to beat Boston.

But then I remember those games they played over a month ago and I expected them to do much better, instead it was just clean 4-1 losses.

I don't know. Heart says Leafs, gut says the Bruins.

Super interested to see what both teams can do to be honest. Two teams I'm not really sure how to rank in the post-season this year.

Should be a fun one.

Let’s not forget Boston was sitting at home watching the Leafs play round 2 last year. Tough series. Leaf take it

Its very weird seeing so many posters in the Bruins board with a lack of confidence. You guys are 6-0 against us in the past 6 games lol. Are those concerns in your "Series Talk" thread fake news?
