Just a heads up tomorrow's game is a late afternoon affair. I assume Niemi gets the start, and we might see Alzner, not that it'll make a world of difference, but anything helps at this point.
Niemi stats are awful. Look at that save percentage. I know the D is terrible but he need to be better. How many goalies in the league manage to have 4 wins in 6 games with 88,7 save percentage?

Eichel and Skinner have been so good. That ROR was awful, but their gm really had a good off season.Sabres are playing great, gonna be a tough one

... And a win vs the Bruins Saturday.
I remember a game against the Sabres back when we had Gorges (maybe 2011-12 season). Not only did we lose, but as well, we lost two or three players due to injuries in the first half of the game. It was one of the saddest games I've ever watched on TV.When Sabres have some compete, they manage to **** over the Habs in the most creative, painful, and annoying way possible. Way more annoying than Boston, who we can embarrass and humiliate plenty of times no matter how good they are.
OT loss or regulation, folks.
Plus, it's an early game, so we will not be prepared.
Dress Weber! A couple days more rest wont mean squat. The guy is ready. I cant believe they didnt dress him against Jersey. Theyre going to get creamed by Buffalo and Boston if they dont.At this point, The defense Squad is the problem.
Tuesday. Seriously. They need him now.Great news
Sooner the better for the team.....as long as it's safe for him.
But that tells me that he's ready but don't want to let him play 2 games in 2 nights.
Unless there's injuries, we should have some off ice actions in the next 4 days.
Waivers, Trade, Buyout....something must happen before Weber can start his season.
Markov was. Weber never was. Now, if it was Ryan Suter instead of Shea Weber, that's a much different tune....Weber will help the current situation but I don't think that he is going to be the miracle that many of you are hoping for, he's just not that kind of player.
The guy is still regarded as one of the best in the league. How does that not help? 26 minutes of Weber instead of Ouellette, Benn or Alzner? Id call that a big step in the right direction.Markov was. Weber never was. Now, if it was Ryan Suter instead of Shea Weber, that's a much different tune....
Relax. It's not that deep. Those tweets are so lame. Also everything described in that snippet is a penalty.
