Here's an interesting thread - each birth year's starting five. I'll only be doing the approximate millennial birth years (1980-2000) in the thread starter, as it would be too much to go through every birth year for the last 100 years, but of course, feel free to post a birth year outside that range. :)

After researching all the birth years, among those born between '80-'00, I gotta say 1988 is probably the most loaded NBA birth year, they got 4 former MVPs!!!!!

The best birth year is 1963. 6 Hall of Famers and 4 members of the Dream Team. Michael Jordan, Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Hakeem Olajuwon, Chris Mullin, sixth man Joe Dumars.
Yeah 1963 is the GOAT birth year for NBA players. It's crazy that one year can produce so many ATGs. I think only 1988 can come close to '63 in terms of ATG names, and depth.

I was gonna rank the lineups above but on second thought, there's not much of a point to rank those born from the late 80's onward as they're all either still in their primes or are just beginning, hence, it will only fluctuate going forward as we still have a lot more to see of all of them

Thanks for this. Some good teams there. 1982, my birth year, is looking pretty good. Wade, Parker and Stoudemire is a good starting trio.

I'd probably go with '88

Curry, Westbrook, Durant, Love, Jordan, with Rose as the 6th man

That's a tough out right there!

God, team 1987 is so mediocre. That's why my life is middle class at best.
87 is likely gonna do down as the weakest class among those born between '80-Y2K, although in other sports, team 87 has excelled.

Star athletes born in 1987 - just to name a few - include: Lionel Messi, Novak Djokovic, Sidney Crosby, Sebastian Vettel, Ronda Rousey, Maria Sharapova, Andy Murray, Jon Jones, etc.
