Dynasty league trade proposal. Should I accept?

Hello everyone, I have trade offer that I just cant decide on, and hoping someone could help me out
It is dynasty league, where we keep 20 players. Usual stats like G, A, +-, SOG, FO, etc...

I would give up: Nick Leddy, Cody Glass and Eeli Tolvanen
I would get: Jackob Trouba, Dante Fabbro and either Tyson Jost or Jack Roslovic

What's your goal this year in your league? I hate giving up guys like Tolvanen/Glass but depends on what youre trying to accomplish in the next few years.

I am definitely in rebuilding phase, as I am finishing in the bottom 3 teams last several years (14 team league) I also have following as prospects (they are considered prospects and our property until they play 150 games):
Quinn Hughes, Ryan Poehling, Adam Fox, Filip Chytil, Jesse Puljujarvi, Logan Brown, Vitali Abramov, Oliver Bjorkstrand, Michael Dal Colle, Ivan Barbashev and Julius Honka. I have some good, young players on my roster like Guentzel, Boeser, Hanifin, Samuel Girard, Gost, Konecny and Mantha, but I really dont know if I should give up 2 great propsect for one great D man and 2 probably good prospects.

I prefer the Leddy, Glass, Tolvanen option by a long shot... Leddy not a fan of but Glass/Tolvanen you cant give up

Also I am not a big fan of Trouba like others might be
