Dylan has just signed with my local team in the UK (Nottingham Panthers).

Can anyone give me an idea of the type of player we're getting? Pro's/Con's etc.

I watched him a lot in high school and college, he was a superstar back in high school, went right into Notre Dame and was a pretty solid producer for them over his four seasons. There aren't many glaring flaws to me I think he has really rounded out his game, pretty solid offensive capacity. He could be a pretty nice player over there.
