I know the team doesn't have the roster to be a cup contender. But with the players we have, even with all of the injuries, we should AT LEAST be a playoff team. Our goalie is top 3 in the NHL, our top 4 on the blueline SHOULD BE elite, but they aren't having the kind of impact they are capable of. Our forwards, while not great, should still be good enough to get us into the playoffs.
Bottom line, this team is not performing to its capabilities, and when that happens, the coach needs to go.
