The fact BM can't see this isn't going to get better with RC yet sticks with him is ridiculous. BM should be fired along with RC. Fresh blood is needed.

It's like the team doesn't do any scouting what so ever. The team always look lost in the 1st period, like it's some big surprise as to what the opponent is trying to do on the ice.
