Please read the Rules as they will be enforced:

• 16 GMs -
  • GMs will have 2 teams. 1 team from each conference.
    
  • The GM who only has 1 team will get first choice of team.
  • GMs will PM their top 5 choices to @AslanRH and they will be assigned a team off their list if possible.
    
  • The 2nd team will be selected via draft.

• Salary cap
  • $80M. with a $60M floor by end of game.
    
  • Teams are not allowed to go over the cap at anytime during the game.

• Rosters
  • minimum NHL roster of 18 skaters and 1 goaltender during the game.
    
  • minimum 18 skaters and 2 goaltenders will be required by the end.
    
  • Maximum 23 player roster at any time.

• GMs must maintain updated roster posts or transactions will not be approved.
  • Salary Cap information
  • Transactions: Trades, buyouts, and signings
  • total contracts including minor leagues
  • unsigned RFAs and UFAs

• Trades and Clauses
  • NMC and NTC do not exist
    
  • Trades must be sent in to @Retinalz , @AveryStar4Eva , and @forsbergavs32 . If you are trading with one of them include @AslanRH in their place.
  • 2 Admin approvals are required before posting.
  • GMs may trade between their own teams but will require 3 Admin approvals.

• Draft
  • 1st round (2 hours/pick) and 2nd round (1 hour/pick)
  • Round 3 will be auto'd or via list
  • Clock runs 9:00am EST - 11:00pm EST).
    
  • We will try to find a time to run the draft where as many GMs can be present initially as possible.
  • Submitted lists are encouraged. Once a team is auto picked, they remain on autopick.

• RFA (Agents for RFA TBD)
  • can be signed anytime during the game
  • Any RFA without an agreed upon contract by opening of UFA will become a free agent

• UFA (Agents for UFA TBD)
  • All UFAs will test free agency.
  • A team who owns the rights to a UFA
    • Can offer an 8th year.
    • Will be granted slight favortism in the signing process

• Buyouts
  • Teams will be limited to 2 buyouts.
  • Buyouts period only during 2 specific windows.
    • before the draft
    • before UFA opens
    • 1 year contracts follow standard buyout rules
    • 2+ year contract will be 50% of the cap hit

• Preference will be given to GMs known to remain active
• Teams will be assigned once the GMs list is full.
  
• 1 GM has offered to take only 1 team, but you may request that as well, but only 1 GM will have 1 team.
