Cant drink alcohol or not, offensive ability usually is kinda there at the age of 20. Because these guys are being trained for many years, and if they have it - they can show the glimpses of it here or there, AT MINIMUM.
Getting to know how to play reliable defense is more about thinking IMO. Executing offensive plays requires technical skills which players have to get mostly before getting in the NHL.
So I'd be happy to see Fever as reliable 2LD.
